Service Description

Strong evaluation practices are a key to school improvement, but sometimes the process becomes so regimented and formal that we miss authentic opportunities for teacher growth. In this training, administrators will receive practical evaluation tools, best practices, and a teacher efficacy grouping "name and claim" tool that narrows the focus for principals - helping them maximize their support for each individual teacher.
