Coaching for Administrators

Service Description

Serving as a district or school leader is a heavy lift, and it can also be a lonely role. We can all use a coach to learn from, bounce ideas, brainstorm, troubleshoot, and sometimes simply vent about the difficult parts of the job. I have 15+ years of administrative experience at all levels, leading in schools and districts that have flourished and experienced drastic improvement. I haven't done it alone, of course. I owe the success to so many mentors I've learned from, as well as the talented team members who have worked with me. Access to coaching can be a game-changer for educational leaders at any level.
